Cyber Security Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Architect to join our team at PRA Australia, where you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' data and maintaining a robust security posture in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
The role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security architecture strategies that align with our business and technology goals, ensuring the protection of our clients' data and systems.
- Guide our enterprise architecture and development teams on industry best practices in security, ensuring that our systems are resilient against cyber threats.
- Design and oversee the implementation of cyber security systems for business projects and BAU changes, ensuring that our security protocols are up-to-date and effective.
- Support vendor selection and management in relation to SOC and compliance requirements, ensuring that our security solutions meet the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in threat and risk analysis, security architecture design, Application Security, and security engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft products, cloud architectures (especially Azure), microservices, and security protocols.
- Proficient understanding of security architecture standards (NIST, ISO and global industry practices).
- Self-driven, proactive, with excellent communication skills to articulate the importance of cyber security across the business.
