Administrative Support Officer

About the Role:
The Victoria Clinic is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our reception team, including answering phones, managing appointments, and preparing admission paperwork.
- Manage our record management systems, including preparing medical records and performing health fund checks.
- Coordinate with staff from other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Complete other clerical tasks, such as data entry, as required.

The Victoria Clinic is a 115 patient-bed private psychiatric facility that specializes in providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient mental health services. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for our patients, and we are committed to delivering exceptional care and service.

- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early and late shifts.
