Growth Marketing Lead OpportunityOur goal is to create long-term value for users after their first trade on our platform, focusing on retaining and growing this value in key markets like Australia.
This role is focused on designing and executing a strategic framework for user progression and growth after their first trade.
Your efforts will help deepen trust, education, and loyalty among retail investors, frequent traders, and inactive accounts alike, driving engagement and adoption of key features relevant to the local user base.
Main Responsibilities:- Post-Trade Lifecycle Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase retention, engagement, and feature depth, especially among high-potential user segments.
- Product & Local Experience Optimisation: Collaborate with Product teams to localise and optimise in-app journeys, prompts, and education touchpoints that support user confidence and re-engagement.
- Lifecycle Collaboration: Work closely with Data teams to define key milestones such as time-to-second-trade, product depth, and feature utilisation.
- User Insights & Growth Experiments: Analyse user behaviour through platforms like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or Looker to identify drop-off points and engagement opportunities.
- Community & Events Strategy – AU Market: Tailor community initiatives to specific user segments (e.g., retail holders, first-time traders, experienced crypto users) and partner with local influencers, educators, and thought leaders to amplify messaging and drive authentic engagement.
You'll drive awareness and adoption of key features relevant to the local user base, measuring impact on trading activity, satisfaction, and long-term platform usage. We're looking for someone who knows how to turn data into action, strategies into programs, and new traders into long-term users—especially within Australia's fast-evolving crypto, fintech, and regulatory landscape.
