About this role

You will be responsible for the daily operation of our fresh produce department, working closely with the Store Manager to ensure exceptional presentation, customer engagement, and team satisfaction. Your key areas of focus will include:

  • Maintaining high standards of stock management, rotation routines, waste control, and quality assurance
  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
  • Driving a culture that values teamwork, celebrates success, and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
  • Providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers through excellent customer service skills

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
