
Device Configuration Specialist

The deployment technician plays a key role in delivering exceptional technical support and assisting with device configuration activities. Their responsibilities include carrying out all aspects of device imaging, software deployment, and the installation of specific components. They will also perform stock picking, asset application of devices, packaging, and data entry.
In addition to these tasks, the deployment technician is responsible for performing End of Life processes, which involves wiping devices and packaging them for transport to other facilities. This requires attention to detail and a keen eye for ensuring that all necessary steps are taken.
The ideal candidate will have no prior work experience but be enthusiastic about technology and have a basic understanding of MacOS and/or WindowsOS. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for dealing with a variety of stakeholders. The ability to follow repetitive processes and maintain focus on details is crucial for success in this role.
