Service Delivery Executive

This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality services that cater to the needs of clients and their families, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with organisational objectives and quality standards.
  • Supervise key personnel, including Clinical Lead, HR Coordinator, Safety & Quality Coordinator, and Business Services Coordinator.
  • Oversee governance and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage operational finances, monitor income and expenditure, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement workforce systems for recruitment, performance management, and industrial relations.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and key stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a positive organisational culture that embodies values such as integrity, respect, teamwork, trust, and family.
  • Provide executive support during exceptional or major incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
