Leadership Role

The Team Lead position provides strategic leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage operations to meet client demands while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Lead a team of Client Service Officers and Senior Client Service Officers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support growth and service excellence.
  • Develop and manage team rosters and schedules to meet forecasted demand, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Prepare and review achievement plans for team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of knowledge base, systems, and procedures to support consistent service delivery.
  • Manage recruitment processes and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support goals.
