  • Utilize AI to design, implement, and refine customer feedback mechanisms across various channels, adapting to technological advancements and best practices.

  • Question and analyze problems to gain deeper insights and deliver more robust recommendations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, including creating reusable semantic models and reports that drive user engagement.
  • Strong visualization abilities in Power BI, with proficiency in DAX.
  • Competence in Python for data cleansing and transformation, with familiarity with Azure Databricks and GenAI/ML being advantageous.
  • Experience with digital analytics (web and mobile), including digital journey-mapping and deep dives into customer interaction points.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Capability to manage multiple analytical requests efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet stakeholder expectations across concurrent projects.
  • Adherence to data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Awareness of current industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.
