Launch Your Mining Career

This 12–16 week paid placement is designed to equip First Nations people with the skills and confidence to kickstart a long-term career in mining.

No experience? No problem We'll train you, pay you, and back you every step of the way. All you need is a positive attitude, drive to learn new skills, and a willingness to follow safety-first rules.

  • We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and adapt to different rosters (including shift work, weekends, nights).
  • You'll receive nationally recognised tickets, qualifications, and on-the-job training, as well as strong cultural support from Indigenous mentors, peer networks, and leadership.
  • Upon completion, you'll have the opportunity to step into a full-time role.
