About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Lollo, a dynamic and innovative restaurant in the heart of Melbourne. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and herbal teas.
  • Monitor and coach team members to ensure they understand how to properly dial in espresso shots, milk texturing, and basic latte art.
  • Follow the correct workflow and maintain a clean and organized coffee station.
  • Ensure all coffee equipment is maintained, clean, and in good condition.
  • Oversee quality control of the coffee station, including temperature, presentation, and accuracy of coffee orders.
