Forensic Data Analytics Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in helping clients identify and remediate breaches against employment legislation.

This position will leverage expertise in business analysis, data investigation, and analytics to identify, investigate, quantify, and report on wage underpayment matters.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse team of data analysts and subject matter specialists to uncover discrepancies, support ethical business practices, and uphold workers' rights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop analytical models to identify and quantify wage compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish plans for remediation.
  • Conduct testing and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Experience in analyzing payroll and time & attendance data to identify or quantify wage compliance issues.
  • At least 4 years of experience in developing SQL, Alteryx, or Excel data models.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, including task assignment and quality review.
