Supply Chain Advisor Role

The Supply Chain Advisor will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination within a 12-week residential program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with purchase order creation and tracking deliveries
  • Updating supplier and inventory records in procurement systems
  • Supporting invoice matching and resolving discrepancies
  • Coordinating with vendors and internal teams on order status
  • Maintaining filing systems for contracts and procurement documents
  • Participating in stocktakes and inventory reconciliations
  • Preparing reports on procurement activities and supplier performance

This role is part of the Commercial team under the supervision of a supply chain professional.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualities:

  • Currently enrolled in a Commerce, Business, Economics, or similar degree
  • Some experience with relevant software and systems through studies or placements
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills across verbal, written, numerical, and graphical formats
  • Ability to uphold high work standards and build strong relationships with peers and leaders
  • Ability to work independently to meet personal and team goals
  • Valid manual driver's licence
  • Willingness to live and work remotely
