Litigation Specialist

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work in a Brisbane based litigation practice. Your role will involve advising clients on various matters including commercial and contractual disputes, as well as providing advice regarding claims and dispute resolution during the project delivery phase.
Key Responsibilities- Managing larger matters and working collaboratively as part of a team both internally and externally with clients' teams.
- Providing expert advice on arbitration, supreme court litigation, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Assisting in business development activities such as pitch documents, firm-wide pursuits, article writing, attending industry events, and hosting seminars.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow, learn, and network within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Requirements- Experience in construction and project disputes, litigation, and claim resolution from a leading national or international firm.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
