Senior Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Specialist to join our Disputes and Investigations practice. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues across offices to gain exposure to complex market work.

You will advise clients from sectors such as government, mining, energy, banking, and infrastructure on significant commercial litigation for Australia's leading ASX entities and government. Additionally, you will provide cross-border litigation and restructuring services for major corporates, large-scale insolvency, restructuring, and workouts for banks and accounting firms, and investigations including regulatory and government inquiries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex disputes.
  • Manage matters, develop client relationships, and participate in business development.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform advice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Significant experience in commercial litigation and/or corporate insolvency at a leading Australian or international firm.
