Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation.

You will showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention through effective communication of service work timelines and expectations. The work model for this role is hybrid, allowing you to balance work from home and office environments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers on-site to identify opportunities to improve operations and eliminate pain points.
  • Perform field service tasks, including technical issue identification and analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which you are certified.
  • Prepare material lists needed for service activities and ensure all necessary materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality.
  • Act as a trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A valid electrical license.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of industry experience preferably with switchgear skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
