Collision Repair Professional

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Professional to join our team as a Body Repair Technician.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional repair results on high-end vehicles, utilizing innovative techniques and advanced materials.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing Celette Frame Jigs for setting New Structural Components
  • Applying expert-level skills in Glue, Rivet, and Welding structural components being replaced
  • Rigorously repairing exterior cosmetic panels via Metal Finishing and body filler
  • Replacing all parts associated with collision repair including body panels, suspension parts, vehicle structure, radiators, airbags, and trim

You will also be expected to maintain the highest standards of workmanship, adhere to company procedures, and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an automotive collision repair technician
  • Excellent attitude, with a strong desire to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Precision and organization in your work habits
  • Certification in I-CAR Australia Welding is highly valued
  • Expertise in aluminum repairs and procedures
  • Proficiency in MIG welding
  • Experience with heavy damage/structural repairs on prestige vehicles
  • A certificate in Collision/Body Repair and Maintenance would be advantageous
  • A valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • The ability to read and comprehend complex automotive repair procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong team player attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
