About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Selenium automation specialist to join our team. As a key member of our testing capability, you will be responsible for preparing testing documentation, conducting testing across various test phases, raising and monitoring defect resolution and releases, reviewing project artefacts, producing reports, and undertaking required updates and actions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop automated test scripts using C# and Java Selenium WebDriver development
  • Create robust and efficient test frameworks to support large-scale testing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and implement data-driven testing approaches to improve test coverage and efficiency

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in test automation and manual testing
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with C# and Java Selenium WebDriver development
  • Experience with engineered open-source test automation development using best practices and design patterns
  • Strong understanding of HTML DOM structures, robust locator selection, and programmatic REST-based API automation
  • Version control with GIT and good understanding of branching and merging
  • Hands-on experience developing Continuous Integration and Deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Experience delivering automation against enterprise CRM's such as Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
