About Our Penfield Centre

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to join our team at our Penfield Centre, located in Kaurna Land. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and interactive environment that prioritizes the learning and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and play-based learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and belonging
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures that promote the safety and wellbeing of children
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current SA Working with Children Check
