
Aviation Strategic Growth Specialist

This role focuses on strategic air service development to meet passenger demand and ensure sustainable growth.
- Coordinate team activities effectively, operationalizing daily tasks and projects.
- Provide administrative and project support services at a high level.
- Manage operational logistics, including international travel itineraries, expense reconciliation, and diary management.
- Monitor and manage expenditures to ensure alignment with allocated budgets.
- Support compliance checks for internal policies and assist in the onboarding process.
- Plan and execute airline events, route launches, and aviation conferences.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including airline executives, tourism boards, and government representatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and event materials.
- Track progress against strategic plans and prioritize initiatives.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification or relevant diploma with 3+ years' experience in a Specialist, Executive Assistant, or Project Support role.
- Previous experience booking complex travel itineraries, with a strong understanding of travel logistics.
- Exposure to aviation, tourism, or transport industries is advantageous, along with supporting teams across multiple time zones.
- Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, and a proactive approach are required.
- Confidence working with senior leaders and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, CRM, and travel systems are needed.
