About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a professional with a passion for insurance claims management. You will be responsible for navigating complex claim scenarios, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate and resolve insurance claims through effective questioning, policy interpretation, and analytical decision-making
  • Elevate customer satisfaction by setting clear expectations and communicating claim processes
  • Collect customer excess, educate on payment options, and manage financial outcomes
  • Respond to customer, supplier, and repairer inquiries, focusing on cost management and claim progression
  • Ensure timely replacement and/or repair experiences for customers and efficient claim processing
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Commerce (desired)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
