Carer Support Role

We are seeking two temporary Carer Support Officers to assist our team in connecting people with care. As a key member of the Carer Response team, you will act as the first point of contact for individuals seeking support.

The Position

This role is crucial in coordinating support services through inbound calls, requiring excellent communication and organisational skills for success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls regarding care requests
  • Utilise exceptional communication and organisational skills to coordinate support services
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in Non-Profit environments, particularly in Disability, Aged Care or Healthcare
  • Call centre experience is highly valued
  • A current Police check and Working With Children Check (WWCC) are desirable but not essential at this stage
