About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled Trade Centre Assistant to join our team in Thornton, NSW. As a key member of our close-knit team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing paint products with precision and efficiency.
  • Managing stock putaways and utilizing a computer to track shipments and inventory.
  • Assisting with unloading trucks using a forklift or manual handling.
  • Interacting with customers and entering information/documentation into SAP.
  • Performing other warehouse duties as directed.
  • Occasionally delivering products to customers in a safe and timely manner.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves, pallet areas, and workstations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse role.
  • Forklift License and experience operating a counterbalance Forklift.
  • Current manual driver's license.
  • Experience with using SAP (desirable).
  • A strong focus on health and safety.
  • Good physical fitness and health.
  • A driven, self-motivated personality.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
