Job Summary:

The ORS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Workplace Rehabilitation Division in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Rehabilitation Consultants and providing clinical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Direct management of Rehabilitation Consultants, including day-to-day service delivery, clinical guidance, and support.
  • Training and Development: Delivering training, induction, and supervision to team members as required.
  • Quality Assurance: Completing quality assurance report reviews and providing feedback to team members.
  • Client Support: Attending appointments with consultants to provide support and training.
  • Clinical Services: Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases.
  • Reporting and Planning: Developing well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting-edge strategies and interventions.
  • Business Development: Driving growth and market share in your region.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ESSA.
  • At least 18 months of experience in the return-to-work industry.
  • Vehicle and driver's license.
