We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Randstad, a leading provider of HR services and recruitment solutions. As a trusted partner to our clients, we offer specialized insurance products and expert advice to help businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality HR coordination support to managers and employees, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Facilitate internal movements, including transfers and promotions, to align with company policies and employee development goals.
  • Address and resolve employee leave queries, including annual, sick, and parental leave, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support managers in the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to drive employee growth and development.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees, including induction programs and ongoing training, to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work with managers to plan and run annual performance reviews, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
  • Manage and process HR-related data, including employee records, payroll, and benefits information, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a HR Coordinator or equivalent role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Professional services or consultancy experience is highly regarded, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
