Job Description:">

The Case Manager role involves delivering holistic case management support to newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers within the Status Resolution Support Service (SRSS) in Victoria under contract with the Department of Home Affairs.

This position will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of face-to-face and remote quality services with refugees and asylum seekers.

Key responsibilities include developing holistic and client-centered case plans, ensuring appropriate exit planning and transition to post SRSS support, undertaking comprehensive needs and risk assessments, supporting clients to develop independent skills, and organizing case conferences for clients with complex needs.

  • Minimum two years' casework experience">
  • Ability to work independently on general casework tasks with minimal supervision">
