Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Brand Leader to drive growth and market share across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of short- and long-term brand strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement actionable marketing plans informed by market research and consumer insights.
  • Create innovation masterplans by aligning global pipelines with local R&D to unlock category and brand growth.
  • Manage end-to-end innovation and new product development processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and deliver impactful campaigns to maximize brand investment and achieve strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in brand management.
  • Proven track record in driving brand growth through successful product launches and consumer-centric initiatives.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
