Lead Clinical Practice Guide Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Protocol Advisor to join our team in developing and refining comprehensive, evidence-based clinical guidelines for First Aid Service organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver project outcomes, including:
- Conducting comprehensive research and identifying best practice clinical care for the first aid sector (basic and intermediate)
- Developing clinical guidelines in accordance with defined quality metrics
- Providing education to First Aid Sector to support transition to clinical guidelines
- Reviewing and approving clinical guidelines submitted by first aid services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current clinical expertise in out-of-hospital clinical care
- Knowledge and experience working in the event medical/first aid sector
- Ability to conduct comprehensive review of existing evidence to inform guideline recommendations
- Knowledge of established methodological standards and guidelines for clinical guideline development (e.g. GRADE, AGREE II)
