- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and other support staff.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and guardians, based on trust, respect, and open communication.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in disability support.
- Certificate 4 in Disability or equivalent qualification.
- Current Senior First Aid (Level 2) Certificate.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, preferably in a residential or community setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
