Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organization Development, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Career Counseling, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience in managing a pool of resources in a consulting and professional services organization.
  • Facilitative working style; able to lead with questions and drive conversations toward resolution.
