Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team at CAR Group. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit reviews and ensuring the effectiveness of our business processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver internal audit reviews in a timely and efficient manner, identifying control findings and providing recommendations to management.
  • Oversee the work of co-source auditors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to timelines.
  • Timely follow-up of audit issues, working closely with management to ensure actions address the risks identified.
  • Evaluate governance, risk, and control frameworks across the CAR Group.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate internal audit outcomes with clarity and impact.
  • Support the Head of Internal Audit in producing Audit Committee reports and other key management reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in conducting effective risk-based assurance activities in a global complex business.
  • An eye for detail, with the ability to take a holistic view and approach to identify common themes and underlying root causes.
  • Analytical and innovative thinker, with a focus on continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Experience in utilizing data analytics to provide assurance and insights.
  • Qualification in a relevant discipline, with professional accreditation (such as CA/CPA and/or CIA).
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills combined with commercial thinking within a technology environment.
  • Ability to travel to our international business across the globe.
