As a key member of our Food and Beverage operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our iconic bars, ensuring a unique and exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage Operations to drive venue profitability and efficiencies
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through in room dining options
  • Manage labour and cost of goods to maximize venue revenue
  • Mentor and develop your team to maximize engagement and retention
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Extensive venue management experience in bars, bistros, executive lounges, or restaurants
  • A hands-on operational approach and a passion for developing your career within hospitality
  • Outstanding standards, professionalism, and a commitment to guest service
  • Confidence to lead a large and diverse team while providing individual coaching to get the best out of team members
  • Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol
