Postdoctoral Research Fellow

This role will contribute to the research program aligned to the new Victorian Centre for Virtual Health Research (VVHR) at Northern Health, supporting La Trobe University's engagement in the research of this new centre.
The successful candidate will collaborate on and contribute to existing research projects, as well as seek funding for new research projects.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to design and implement research projects
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and funding applications
- Manage and analyze data from research projects
- Supervise and mentor research staff and students
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field
- Strong research background and experience in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in managing clinical trials or complex projects involving human participants
