Facilities Management Lead

This is a stable permanent part-time opportunity for an experienced cleaner to step into a team lead role at a major industrial facility.

The afternoon shift comes with consistent weekday hours, competitive pay, and the chance to lead a dedicated cleaning crew in a dynamic work environment.

As a facilities management lead, you will oversee the maintenance of offices, crib rooms, and shared spaces, supervise sanitation of restrooms and high-traffic areas, manage waste removal and general site upkeep, coordinate spot and deep cleaning tasks, and ensure safe execution of mopping, sweeping, disinfecting, and window cleaning.

  • Lead a team of cleaners in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Manage and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Monitor and report on cleaning quality and performance
  • Provide guidance and training to team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Physical fitness to lift, carry, kneel, perform cleaning tasks, and stand for over 4 hours
  • Recent national police clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
  • Ability to pass random medical and drug & alcohol tests
  • Hands-on cleaning experience in commercial or industrial settings and basic leadership skills
