The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Thrive Waterloo. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational program and ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support educators to assess each child's learning and development, and to critically reflect on their own pedagogy as part of everyday practice.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members, and uphold strong work values with a focus on being your best by doing your best.
  • Uphold the Thrive curriculum and ensure that it is implemented in a way that is engaging and effective for children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders, and ensure that they are informed about their child's progress and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification.
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation.
  • A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check.
  • Sound, practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS).
