Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team at a well-established private billing clinic located south of Canberra city.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a GP to practice in a busy but supportive environment, working alongside a team of three experienced doctors. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting consultations, and managing complex cases.

The clinic operates with a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose between full-time or part-time work depending on your personal preferences. Weekend work is rostered one Saturday per month, from 9am to 1pm, which provides a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional patient care, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including pathology collectors, and utilise Medical Director/Pracsoft software for efficient management of patient records.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • To participate in regular team meetings, contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Vocational Registration (FRACGP, FACRRM, FRNZCGP)
  • Full Australian Work Rights
  • General Practice experience in Australia
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion and commitment to providing high-quality patient care
