Key Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Manager, Trading Operations.

This position is a critical component of our Electronic Trading and Execution (eTX) team and requires a strong background in trading operations, risk management, and client onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trading operations, monitoring pricing, execution and risk, assisting in technical onboarding of clients, and performing analysis related to client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage trading operations, including configuring platform settings and trading into live markets.
  2. Monitor pricing, execution and risk on both the firm and client side.
  3. Assist in technical onboarding of clients and provide API/connectivity support.
  4. Perform analysis related to client needs.
  5. Frontline client communication, technical problem solving and trade investigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Finance.
  • 2+ years of dealing experience, preferably in the digital brokerage sector.
  • Experience in quantitative market making and Financial Services is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, MySQL, and Python is preferred.
