Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Kew. As a Disability Support Worker, you will work with our customers to support their daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach
  • Work with a team on and off-site of specialists to create meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities to belong and thrive
  • Have experience within the disability sector, including experience with PEG feeding, diabetes management trained, and manual handling
  • Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalence) is highly desirable
  • A Full VIC Drivers licence is required for this role
