Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team, shaping culture and morale while delivering exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Plan and deliver a diverse range of internal and external events.
  • End-to-End Execution: Manage event execution, from concept to wrap-up.
  • Consultancy Services: Provide consultancy to internal teams to align events with brand and strategy.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with stakeholders and partners, and manage sponsorships.
  • Event Improvement: Analyse event outcomes and continuously raise the bar.

You Will Bring:

  • A degree in Events, Marketing, Business or similar.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role (bonus points for not-for-profit experience).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A knack for problem-solving, innovation, and delivering results.
  • A current driver's licence and relevant checks (Police, COVID-19, Influenza).
