We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lead barista to join our team and deliver exceptional coffee experiences.
The successful candidate will work closely with our roasting team to create a welcoming atmosphere showcasing our high-quality coffee.
- Candidate must have extensive experience as a barista, with a deep understanding of specialty coffee and coffee brewing processes.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and train a team of baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service and consistent quality of coffee beverages.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and scheduling staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations through personalized service.
- Proven track record in managing teams and busy coffee programs.
- Knowledge of coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
- Experience with inventory management, ordering supplies, and budgeting.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and upholding quality and consistency in all aspects of the coffee program.
