Overview: We are seeking an experienced coffee professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers, adhering to industry standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity.
  • Knowledge of coffee-making procedures and practices.

Benefits:

This is a part-time casual position, requiring early morning starts. You will be working in person, with a regular shift pattern.
