We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill our Grooming Coordinator position.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support our grooming team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. This involves welcoming customers, checking dogs in and out of appointments, negotiating styles of groom with dog owners, communicating style and history to groomers, handling payments and coordinating bookings and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers and check dogs in/out of appointments
  • Negotiate style of groom with dog owners
  • Communicate style of groom and history to groomers
  • Handle payments and coordinate bookings/schedules
  • Advise clients on retail options for healthy coat maintenance
  • Order stock and assist Directors with business operations/administration duties
Requirements:
  • Highly organised and good problem solver
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and motivated individual
  • Calm under pressure, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
  • Excellent written communication skills and computer proficiency
  • Competent on social media and photography
