Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Consumer Campaigns and Content plays a pivotal role in driving the evolution of a leading consumer program, ensuring it remains one of Australia's trusted sources of independent financial information. This is an opportunity to lead the development and execution of consumer-focused campaigns and content strategies that people remember.

As a key member of the Corporate Affairs team, you will be responsible for delivering impactful and engaging content across multiple channels. You will work closely with stakeholders to shape the future of consumer communications, expanding the program's reach and relevance.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for consumer campaigns, content strategy, and digital engagement.
  • Drive the implementation of a consumer communication strategy, shaping the future of consumer communications.
  • Act as a media spokesperson, building strong relationships with key journalists and stakeholders to enhance engagement with media on consumer finances.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of best-in-class content, ensuring an audience-led approach that maximizes engagement and effectiveness.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital content creation, SEO, social media marketing, and web analytics. Experience in the financial services industry and a passion for financial education are highly regarded.

You will be a natural collaborator, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation while ensuring content and campaigns are impactful and aligned with strategic priorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred. Proficiency in digital content creation tools and social media platforms is essential.
