The Role

We are seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Your Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Conduct thorough financial planning and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Business Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize business processes.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and present financial insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Professional finance or accounting certification, backing your industry knowledge with formal qualifications.
  • 2-3 years of experience within the finance industry, preferably in FP & A.
  • Adept at financial modelling, with excellent Excel skills for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Firm understanding of financial statements, including P & L, cash flow, and balance sheets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and present complex financial information.
