Strategic Policy and Projects Lead

This role supports the development and delivery of project priorities for our service. It involves enhancing electronic case management systems, improving data coordination and reporting, and engaging clients in service design.
The successful candidate will lead and contribute to strategic objectives, such as promoting children's voices, building mediation capacity, and scoping alternative dispute resolution methods.
As a key member of the senior team, you will work collaboratively to meet organisational goals and contribute to the growth and improvement of our services.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to think creatively and provide solutions based on data analysis
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage sensitively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience working autonomously and operating at both strategic and operational levels
