Job Title:

Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and monitor procurement contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, legal requirements, and compliance standards.
  2. Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement projects by identifying potential risks, inconsistencies, or non-compliance issues in draft and active contracts.
  3. Maintain and update contract databases and repositories to ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible.
  4. Administer contract execution, variations, extensions, and terminations.
  5. Analyze spend data, prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries to provide insights on contract performance, risks, and compliance.
  6. Monitor and report supplier/contract performance against contract obligations and KPIs.
  7. Assist in dispute resolution and contract close-out processes.
  8. Recommend process improvements to enhance contract governance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in contract administration or procurement support roles.
  • Practical understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement processes.
  • Experience in generating reports from SAP and building Power BI / Excel-based dashboards or similar applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage competing deadlines.
  • Agility to adapt to various goods and services category requirements.
  • Customer-focused, curious, self-motivated.
