Our organization is seeking experienced medical professionals to join its team as Hospital Medical Officers.

This role involves working with a diverse and high-performing team of healthcare professionals in the ED, CCU, and across general wards.

The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise directly with the admitting Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and onsite clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA registration (full)
  • Minimum PGY3/4 experience with a current ALS certification or evidence of airway management and ability to run Medical emergency or Code Blue
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of independent judgement
  • Flexibility and adaptability in approach to service delivery
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Highly effective time management
