About the Position:

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support two major, concurrent transformation programs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining enterprise architecture standards and designing fit-for-purpose solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with program representatives and technical teams to design solution approaches aligned to future-state business needs.
  • Develop an operational understanding of existing IT infrastructure and program design standards.
  • Partner with CIO Divisions and program leads to ensure enterprise architecture is fit-for-purpose.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards and principles to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology adoption or integration.
  • Apply IT governance frameworks and best practices to guide delivery.
  • Provide architectural input into business cases and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise architecture in complex ICT environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile project delivery and demonstrated ability to support IT change.
  • Experience working with Program Managers and SMEs to balance competing requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and structures.
  • Strong background in defining and delivering solutions that align with organisational constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience producing innovative enterprise architecture for both current and future state.
  • Ability to translate between business and technical terminology.
  • Active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement.
