Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Blinky Bill Early Childhood Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading and managing the educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.

The successful candidate will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children's Services and have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a current Working with Children Check, and a First Aid certificate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma qualification in Children's Services
  • Understanding of EYLF and NQS
  • Proven experience as an Educator in an Early Childhood service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
