The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sommelier to join our team at Aria, a two-hat restaurant in Sydney. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for managing our wine stock, providing exceptional customer service, and offering wine recommendations to patrons.

With a passion for great wine and beverages, you will be an expert communicator, able to provide an exceptional service and advice to patrons. Your experience working in some of Australia's best fine dining establishments will have you hit the ground running.
