Cafe Team Member

We are seeking a Cafe Team Member to join our team at Jamaica Blue Southlands Shopping Centre. As a Junior Cafe All Rounder, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a background in coffee or experience working in a busy cafe environment. Having worked in a similar position is preferred, but all applicants are welcome to apply. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of people
  • Flexible schedule, available to work afternoons and weekends

Schedule flexibility is essential, as we require our team members to be available to work a range of shifts including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Additionally, penalty rates apply for working outside of standard hours.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
